Trainee Wool Trader
An exciting opportunity has been created for a new member of the team to get a strong base and understanding in all aspects of our operation within the first 12 months, before progressing as a Trainee Wool Trader.
Office-based shadowing the trading team, dealing with samples both incoming and outgoing, hands-on experience in the grading process handling greasy wool, spending time in the processing mill understanding the wool processing
After 12 months, more focus and time spent with the trading team, administrational duties, and supporting the team, depending on the applicants’ ability then working with clients, looking for new leads, start to trade with a view to career development as a Wool Trader with real career progression and international travel possibilities.
Requirements:
- Excel and Word competent
- Hold valid Driving Licence
- Self Motivated and driven to succeed
Preferred:
- Some agricultural background
Salary to be negotiated.
